At Classic Essentials, we maintain strict quality control. To ensure a fair process for both the brand and our customers, please adhere to the following policy guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
1. 3-Day Return Window (Manufacturing Defects Only)
We offer a 3-day return policy exclusively for manufacturing defects. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Mandatory Pre-requisites for Claims
To prevent disputes and ensure the integrity of your order, the following conditions are mandatory:

Continuous Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time.

The video must clearly show the shipping label and the original company seal before the package is opened.

The video must be recorded in a single shot without any cuts or edits.

Claims for damages, shortages, or incorrect products will be summarily rejected without a valid unboxing video.

Company Seal Integrity: All our products are dispatched with a specific Company Seal.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery.

If you accept a package where the company seal is tampered with or broken, Classic Essentials will not be liable for any subsequent claims regarding missing or damaged items.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).

Complete with all original tags and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return & Exchange Process

Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping: If your return/exchange is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
